Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

The Role

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and target-driven Sales and Marketing Officers to support our expanding operations in Kumasi. This position plays a vital role in increasing sales, promoting our brand, and engaging prospective clients. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and motivated by results, with a strong interest in real estate and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the sales and marketing team, you will represent the company and drive customer acquisition through the following duties:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct marketing, networking, and community-based outreach.
  • Present land offerings to potential clients and conduct site inspections while clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Plan and implement location-focused marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and attract buyers.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, supporting them throughout the inquiry and purchasing process.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials for digital platforms and physical marketing channels.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, directly supporting the company’s revenue objectives.
  • Accurately document client engagements, leads, and completed transactions using the company’s sales tracking system.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • A Degree, HND, or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-oriented role.
  • Previous exposure to real estate or property sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Location Requirement:
This role is based in Kumasi. Applicants should live in or around Kaase, Ahodwo, or nearby areas to enable effective local market engagement.
