Role Overview
Reload Brands LLC is seeking a Sales Accounts Officer to support its commercial operations in Accra. This role serves as the financial anchor of the sales function, ensuring accurate sales records, effective credit control, and timely customer collections. The position reports directly to the Accountant and works closely with both the sales and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record and maintain all sales transactions in line with accounting standards
- Monitor customer credit limits and ensure strict adherence to company credit policies
- Perform regular customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support medical sales representatives with account monitoring and reconciliation activities
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments to drive timely collections
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy
- Contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow through effective receivables management
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in sales accounting, credit control, or a similar finance-related role
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan and manage tasks on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication abilities
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and a positive work attitude
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively within a fast-paced team environment
