About the Role
Amasha Partners is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to its administrative operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. While the role primarily supports the Administrative team, it also contributes to broader operational and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including data entry, email handling, and document preparation
- Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Answer, screen, and manage incoming phone calls and general inquiries
- Support social media activities by monitoring platforms, scheduling content, and engaging with audiences
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, receipts, and expense records
- Conduct market research to support business initiatives and growth strategies
- Maintain and update contact databases and communication records
- Assist with customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Support marketing efforts through basic graphic design, content management, and administrative coordination
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply

- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable using digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software
