Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive who combines excellent communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and driving revenue through structured outbound campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate product information and resolving customer inquiries promptly
- Execute structured telesales campaigns to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up on customer leads, converting warm prospects into confirmed sales
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and service procedures to provide reliable and timely information
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct post-service satisfaction checks and gather feedback to help improve products and services
- Build positive, lasting relationships with customers and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or a call center environment
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Ability to manage high call volumes and perform under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
