Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate shift activities.
- Assign tasks and manage kitchen and front-of-house teams effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Train new staff and provide coaching to existing team members.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and waste control.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions when necessary.
- Prepare shift reports and contribute to sales tracking.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a food service supervisor or similar role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends or variable shifts.
