The Role
LibertéPay is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Accra. This full-time position is critical to driving business growth, expanding our client base, and increasing market penetration. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, strengthening strategic relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge payment solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong interest in FinTech and a proven ability to generate results.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and negotiate agreements to secure merchant partnerships.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Lead campaigns to attract new clients while nurturing and reactivating existing accounts.
- Account Management: Manage relationships with key accounts, promote loyalty, and maximize the value of client partnerships.
- Brand Promotion: Ensure strong visibility and consistent brand representation for LibertéPay among potential and existing customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic growth initiatives.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales objectives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Prior experience in FinTech, digital payments, or financial services is a strong advantage.
