Role Description

As the in-house creative expert, you will produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms. You will design graphics, develop branding materials, and create compelling video content including property showcases, client testimonials, and promotional features. Your work will ensure brand consistency, innovation, and visual storytelling excellence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging graphics for social media, web content, print, and promotional campaigns.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content, reels, and advertisements.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and transitions to enhance video storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated creative campaigns.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Conduct research on design trends to keep content competitive and fresh.
• Optimize visual assets for multiple platforms and update website banners and digital ads.
• Test and refine designs across devices and channels based on feedback and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong proficiency in graphic design, videography, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
• Creative thinker with the ability to present ideas visually and clearly.

• Previous experience in real estate marketing or similar content creation is an advantage.
