Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends in international student recruitment, especially in Chinese-speaking regions.
- Analyse competitor strategies, student behaviours, and emerging markets to inform marketing plans.
- Design and implement digital campaigns targeting students and parents in East Asia.
- Produce culturally sensitive content for social media and messaging platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and UK-based channels.
- Manage campaign scheduling, performance tracking, and community engagement.
- Present marketing insights and recommendations to company directors and management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, education agents, and partner institutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal staff to align campaigns with company objectives.
- Support administrative efforts to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience planning and executing cross-cultural digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email automation, SEO/SEM tools, and Google Analytics.
- Strong content creation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
